Users

On the ‘Users’ page, you will see the list of ‘User Groups’:

Marketplace Admin

A ‘Marketplace Admin’ will have the ability to install and uninstall apps for the ‘Office Group’ they are associated with.

Organisation Admin

An Organisation Admin will have the ability to install and uninstall apps for either the whole organisation or specific office groups. In addition to installations management, a user that is a part of the Organisation Admin group will be able to control app visibility across your organisation.

Organisation User Admin

Users that can carry out actions on behalf of the whole organisation, specific to Reapit Connect and in relation to MFA currently.

Reapit User Admin

A user that is a part of the ‘Reapit User Admin’ group will have ‘Level 2’ access within Agency Cloud but will not have the permissions to install or uninstall apps in the Marketplace.

Add or remove users from a specific user group

To add a user to a group:

  • Click on ‘Manage’ next to the selected group

  • Using the ‘Add Group Members’ search box, type and find the user you wish to add to the group. You can add multiple users if required.

  • When you have added your users, click ‘Save’.

To remove a user from a group:

  • Click on ‘Manage’ next to the selected group

  • Find the user(s) you wish to remove from the group and click on ‘Remove’. This will remove the user from the list.

  • To save your changes, please click ‘Save’.
